Children and Teens Yoga

Regular practice of yoga fosters, early in life, an awareness of what is happening inside as well as outside of oneself. When introducing yoga to children as we at Happy Being believe that we are giving children a chance to learn a discipline which could help to lay a solid foundation for life.
Through the vehicle of yoga, children experience many benefits (as do all ages) which include: Practicing attentiveness which aids in developing and improving concentration.
