Happy Being Yoga Classes are conducted in a fun and casual atmosphere; classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. We will instruct and guide you; however you extend yourself as much as you choose to on the day. Practicing yoga includes physical movements and postures, breathing techniques and safe and effective relaxation exercises.

Yoga has been widely used by women world wide throughout the terms of their pregnancy, to assist with gentle stretching to relieve muscle and back ache, learn breathing and meditation techniques that can assist to reduce stress and fatigue throughout the pregnancy as well as helping the mother to connect with their body and baby on a deeper level.
